If you interact with us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep a record of that conversation for support purposes.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Grant you access to the courses and bonuses you paid for
• Send you your access details, receipts, and related updates by email and WhatsApp
• Invite you to the weekly QnA and (if applicable) the Career Grooming Event
• Respond to support requests
• Improve this site and our courses

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Who we share it with

To run this service, your information is shared with:

• Razorpay — to process your payment
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and course-hosting platform, used to store your contact record, grant you access to the courses you bought, and send you confirmation communication
• WATI — used to send WhatsApp messages related to your purchase and the community
• Supabase — our database provider, used to record your order

If you redeem an AI Suite coupon code, you'll create a separate account directly on the AI Suite (aisuite.vishalmanocha.com), which has its own privacy terms.

We only share what each of these services needs to do its specific job — none of them get more of your data than necessary.

5. Cookies and site data
