Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of course bundles sold on courses.vishalmanocha.com, operated by [FILL IN — Vishal Manocha / registered business name] ("Career Dwar," "we," "us"). By buying a course bundle here, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

Each plan gives you one-time access to the number of courses stated on the plan you choose (2 or 3, picked from the full course library), plus the bonuses listed for that plan at the time of purchase (the free weekly QnA, templates & cheatsheets, and — on the Momentum and All In plans — AI Suite access and, on the All In plan, the 2-day Career Grooming Event).

This is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

2. How access is delivered

After payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your access details and a link to log in to the course portal. Access is granted to the email address and phone number you provide at checkout — please make sure both are correct before paying, since access is tied to that contact record.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank account details.

4. Refunds

Please see our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Your access is personal

Course access is for your personal, individual use only. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, record, or republish course content, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All course content remains the intellectual property of Vishal Manocha / Career Dwar.

6. The AI Suite bonus

If your plan includes AI Suite access, it's provided as a time-limited bonus (2 or 3 months, as stated on your plan) via a coupon code, redeemed on a separate product — the Career Dwar AI Suite (aisuite.vishalmanocha.com) — which has its own terms of use. Career Dwar is not responsible for the operation of the AI Suite platform beyond issuing you a valid coupon code.

7. The Career Grooming Event (All In plan only)

The 2-day event date is announced at the time of purchase (currently 29-30 Aug) but may be subject to change due to circumstances outside our control. If the date changes, we'll notify you by email with updated details. 8. No outcome guarantee

This course provides education, frameworks, and coaching guidance for your career and job search. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome — including but not limited to a job offer, promotion, or salary figure — since results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Career Dwar's liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that plan.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of a purchased plan after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

11. Governing law
